About the speaker

Tash (she/her) is a dedicated, life long yoga philosophy, decolonization and movement student. She uses motion, stillness and an earth-based understanding to realize and embody a human experience from a place of compassion and curiosity. This foundation seeps into her teaching and in all her waking hours.

Movement is not only intuitive to the physical body, but is also foundational to the understanding the macro down the the micro. Tash's talk with CreativeMornings Toronto will explore how movement through migration shows up in this Filipino body- then and now. And what’s possible for the future.
