About the speaker

PURPOSE WORKSHOP with Magic Department

It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me how old you are. I want to know if you will risk looking like a fool for love for your dream for the adventure of being alive.

The systems that make up our daily lives are radically transforming left and right. How do we develop a sense of purpose amid chaos?

This Creative Morning will be a participatory workshop where you will get to interact with interesting people and explore the theme of purpose together in fun and creative ways.

Dorothy Zablah is an experiential learning designer & facilitator. She combines a nomadic research background with learning design & facilitation to bring about regenerative learning systems. She did her Masters in Education at Harvard University where she focused on designing learning systems that are still relevant in the future.

Veera Hyytiä is a process designer, sensemaker & project manager. She is a Liberating Structures practitioner and an enthusiastic fantasy book reader. She studied creative leadership in Kaospilot, Denmark. Both of them love working with individuals and organisations who are exploring a way forward towards brighter futures as a part of The Magic Department cooperative based in Helsinki. They are currently learning how to create meaningful moments of interaction and transformative learning online.
