Lesli Dullum Tutterow encourages everybody to slow down in the fast-paced culture we are all familiar with.

Lesli shared her life experiences encouraging productivity and constant movement and the value in learning how to stop, pause, breathe, rest, and recreate. In her interactive presentation, she helped us all take a moment to pause and complete a body scan, one of the many tools she shared with us to find stillness.
