Breaking Norms in Order to Build an Authentic Life

Ronia Fraser— author, global speaker, and a pioneer in the field of trauma recovery and mental health will share her “Punk Principle” for breaking norms, building bridges to otherness, and walking a path of authenticity. Learn how she embraced her inner punk—bright red hair! tattoos!—and how you can leverage your own inner rebellion to find self-acceptance.

About the speaker

RONIA FRASER is an author and speaker who shares the stage with pioneers in her field like Gabor Mate and Paul McKenna. But it wasn’t always so. She grew up in a small town in Germany where she always felt like an outsider.

She left Bavaria for London to dye her hair red, work as a Certified Public Accountant and earn an MBA. Then she ventured to Hollywood for a career in the music industry. After surviving a relationship that cost her everything, Ronia became a world-leading expert in the field of narcissistic abuse recovery.

In the last eight years, Ronia has rebuilt her life and transformed herself from music industry accountant to multi-award-winning Rock 'n' Roll Coach. A rebellious pioneer, she shakes up outdated narratives and fosters new approaches to trauma recovery, offering practical solutions to regain lasting mental health.
