This month we’re excited to bring Cara Yar Khan to the virtual CM stage. Cara delivered her first Ted Talk in 2019 and has since received over 2.1 million views. She is an entrepreneurial humanitarian and disability advocate who, in 2006, was diagnosed with a rare muscle-wasting disease called HIBM that leads to quadriplegia. Since then, she has used her platform to advocate for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities.  As part of her advocacy work, Cara is producing a documentary film called ‘Her Inescapable Brave Mission’ with the legendary award-winning filmmaker Sam Pollard and is also writing her first memoir with the Carol Mann Agency in NYC. Do yourself a favor and click on that trailer link above. Your jaw will drop. You do not want to miss this event, so set those reminders! Registration for the Zoom interactive session will go live on Monday, November 16th at 9 am. We will also be bringing back the YouTube live stream for those less inclined to zoom it up. Regardless of how you engage, mark those calendars to get radical on Nov. 20th at 9am!
