Here is a behind-the-scenes look at this month’s photoshoot with our CreativeMornings Houston photographer—Trish Badger—snapping some shots of this month’s CMH music performer, Pete Tijerina. We’re excited to have Pete kick things off this Friday morning, at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston for Dr. Caroline Goeser’s talk on the global theme of “education.” 

About Pete:

Pete Tijerina has been on the Houston music scene since the late 90’s. Currently, he is a member of the garage-pop trio, Young Girls. With his solo work, he reconnects to his Mexican and Spanish roots by mostly composing Spanish songs with Latin influenced rhythms. He has a bachelors of English in creative writing from the University of Houston and is adjunct English instructor at Houston Community College.
