โ€œRecently we were asked in the studio to produce a video for an evening for the donors of the Jerusalem Movement. The challenge was that we had a very short amount of time to do this, and the scriptโ€™s visual challenge was of how to tell a story that deals exclusively with society, community and Jerusalem without reaching the obvious solution of Jerusalem characters (ultra-Orthodox, Arab etc.). All of this when we do not have time to design a variety of characters and to make animations for all of them. It was assumed that the specific activity of the movement would already be recounted in that event in detail. So we chose to abstract the whole project; the script, the illustration and animation. We talked more about the meta of what the organization does and less about the details. Eventually, the visual solutions came to us. On the other hand, it was important to us that this abstraction would not lead us to a generic and general place, and that we would be able to preserve and express the unique Jerusalem vibe we came to talk about. It was quite a challenge, but I think the result was not bad at all.โ€
