In August, we had the joy of welcoming Shep Roeper to the CreativeMornings/Richmond stage. Shep is a natural mentor whose journey is as grounding as it is inspiring.

In his talk, Shep reminded us that mentorship is about listening, showing up, and creating space for growth. Through vulnerability, and heart, Shep showed us the impact of simply being present and available for others.
