ANXIETY | ERIN MAHONE
“No one has any idea what the hell they’re doing.” - Erin
This January, Erin Mahone helped face our anxieties and then reminded us that we are not alone. Erin is the author of the forthcoming book If You Could See Me: Life, Motherhood, and the Pursuit of Sanity, the Creator of It Runs in the Family, a one-woman show about family, mental health, and laughing through life’s sh@ttiest situations. She is also the Founder of #IfYouCouldSeeMe: Stories for Change a multi-media project dedicated to eliminating the stigma of mental health and related diagnoses, helping people to find their voice, and create a more inclusive world through storytelling.
It was quite the refreshing and inspiring start to the year.
