I’m a trauma-informed hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and writer. I help people navigate life’s ups and downs with more awareness, self-compassion and courage. After seven years in communications and digital marketing, I changed paths in 2020 to start my own practice, blending hypnotherapy, mindfulness and journaling to support people through stress, anxiety and personal growth. I'm originally from Italy but I spent eleven years in London before moving to Seattle, where I now live with my husband, my cat Coconut and my dog Nitro.
