Hello, I’m Carys a fiction writer and Relational Dynamics coach. My work has been published by Parthian Books, Honno Press, Mslexia Magazine, and broadcast by the BBC. My debut novel, Truth Like Water, was published by Parthian in 2025. The novel has been described as ‘an absolute belter of a story’, ‘a sublimely written work’ and ‘Welsh Noir at its best.’ I work and write from just above the cloudline at the top of a mountain in the Spanish Pyrenees.
