Human Performance & Mindful Leadership Coach. International TEDx & Keynote Speaker, Nourishment Expert, Author & Founder of Path for Life Inc.
For 15 years, Jeanette has coached leaders to create a foundation for sustainable success through self-care. She has delivered TEDx talks and keynote speeches at conferences and corporate events about why the competitive edge we are looking for comes from the inside-out.
Born in Denmark, she holds a business, marketing and communications degree from the Danish Business Academy Niels Brock, and was a leader and executive in the fashion industry for 15 years. After both her parents died of cancer just one year apart, she decided it was time for more awareness about each person’s role in our daily self-care. She received certifications as an Integrative Functional Nutrition and Meta-Medicine Health Coach, Ericksonian Hypno-Therapist, and Felt Sense Focusing Teacher. A 25-year mindfulness practitioner, she understands the power of the mind and the importance of empathy at work. She teaches people to create healthy change, un-stress and move forward productively and creatively by accessing the body’s inner wisdom to empower our daily leadership.
How we perform better at work, how we access our creativity and how we un-stress. I also do know something about marketing and branding, developing concepts and living nourished. Mixed bag it seems but believe me there is something that holds it all together. Our humanity.
Putting stuff together - I am great at coming up with new ideas, but need help making the stuff that sells them.
To not worry and just do something about it.
There are many people I admire for different things, but the one who made the biggest difference in my mindset is my dad. He was always looking for how to make something work, better.
I can get inside of people and understand what they are searching for.
Marketing is my other love. Speaking and teaching is my first love.
How to change our mind about performance and self-care - to understand the importance of our body as the most essential tool we have to get us through the day - through life actually.
