You may know me from the CreativeMornings/Philadelphia Team. I've now joined the Richmond Chapter (Richmond till we die! ...Tedd Lasso reference). That's Richmond, VA by the way--not England. I am also a consultant at Frontier, a lead sponsor for CMRVA! You may also know me from my previous work at PYN or on the Pennsylvania Commission on LGBTQ Affairs. You could also recognize me from riding by on a bike or walking my gorgeous Dalmatian pup.
I'm passionate about using innovative approaches like collective impact and design-theory thinking to tackle fun, complex social problems. I've got chops as a facilitator and communicator with experience convening cross-sector partners to make informed decisions. I've also developed remarks and comprehensive presentations for a wide range of audiences and presenters, including policy makers, employers, educators, and nonprofit leaders. I love to volunteer my time to coaching and workshopping for nonprofit Boards and leadership teams on a range of topics, including strategic planning, communication and keynoting, and leadership development.
