During summer 2016 I founded Unicornsulting with the goal of making people and organizations blossom. Before that, I have worked as an innovation leader and was the innovation driver for Ericsson's Gothenburg site for two years before starting Unicornsulting. In my twenties, I started to work with Technology for the sake of technology. In my thirties, I worked with technology for the sake of people and since my mid-thirties I have worked with people for the sake of people. I love the feeling when me or someone else in the room changes perspective to look on things in a new way.
Innovation leadership and how to (and not to) build a culture of innovation. Some other things that I know more than many people about, but still is very humbled about what I yet have to learn are in the areas of making improvised electronic music and the Japanese martial art Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.
