new york based, korea raised. loves carbs, the west wing, greta gerwig films, indie pop and rock, makgeolli, cooking/baking content, community, documenting everything via photos/videos, crewneck sweatshirts, collaging, reading well-written profiles, walking, lots and lots of ice cream, and seoul (it's the best city— sorry, nyc).
Community building, running virtual events, the non-linear nature of personal growth, content creators and the creator economy, the third culture kid experience.
Dishes. The dishwasher is one of the greatest inventions known to man (read: me), and without it, my quality of life would be a lot worse. I am an extremely slow and thorough dish-washer, so doing them manually is a hard pass for me.
At some point, just commit to a decision and run with it; don't waste more time overthinking the decision.
My dad: he embodies humility, kindness and generosity, while also being the smartest (for real, look him up) and hardest working person I know.
Locking in when researching something— I will dig through the depths of the internet reading up on products that I'm eyeing, restaurants for a brunch rec, places to visit while traveling, etc. You name it, I've researched it extensively. (It actually may be more of a double edged sword rather than a secret superpower though because it is quite time consuming and sometimes, ignorance is bliss.)
Food photographer. I imagine my photography style would be something akin to Alex Lau's (https://www.instagram.com/ihatealexlau), whose work I deeply enjoy and admire.
Not much, to be honest. As someone with ADHD, if I don't document it, I likely won't remember it on my own without a decent amount of effort so I rely on systems to help me remember things.
