Don't say something behind someone's back that you wouldn't say to their face. Not only does this eliminate the uncomfortable explanations when their face confronts you, it also minimizes the amount of drama you'll be pulled in to.
I admire anyone who can find the humor and beauty in life's journey because it's not easy to see the beauty of an ugly situation or the laugh in moments of desperation.
I can wear any hat well.

I would teach everyone to be themselves, to stop trying to be something they're not and focus on being what they ARE. Our unique abilities and skills are what make life interesting and beautiful. There's no gain having millions of people with the same three skills, same thoughts, same conversations. Be weird. Be you. Authenticity is underrated and undervalued.
