Paul started his career in 2002. In 2006 he became a partner in GRID Worldwide and was promoted to Deputy Creative Director. In 2011 he was promoted to Creative Director and in 2013 to the role of Executive Creative Director. Over the years he has judged many awards such as The Sappi Ideas that Matter Awards and The Loeries Awards. He was also elected to sit on the board of Brand Council South Africa (BCSA). He has been instrumental in many of GRID’s awards and successes. "Brands need to play in Culture. How a Brand makes you feel is at the core of everything we do."
