🎵 Performance by Marine Futin
French painter, singer-songwriter and composer Marine Futin imbues her multi-disciplinary art with feminine, spontaneous, and joyful energy.
Her paintings reveal new facets of ourselves, her workshops nurture our creative potential, and her music sheds light on intimate universal emotions.
Futin moved to New York in 2011 to record her debut album, Qui Danse. She composed Qui Danse throughout the last decade, in France, the US, China, and India. But it is in the heart of the Big Apple that all her songs were refined with an irrepressible desire to imbue her music with a typical New York energy.
Futin is now working on her second record, for which she brought together a talented team of musicians to sublimate her dense and rhythmically taut lyrics: Ziv Ravitz, Justin Stanton, Mamadou Ba and Michael Valeanu. The first single “Bouge” will be released on June 7, 2024.
