Ardian Isufi

Artist with a long career in the visual arts scene, criticism, organization of artistic activities and curation of exhibitions.
As an artist he has participated in many national and international artistic activities, in different countries: Italy, Greece, France, Austria, China, United States etc., where among others we can highlight; Tirana Biennial 2009, “The Whale That Became a Submarine” 2016, Exhibition of Contemporary Albanian and Kosovar Art, Ludwig Museum, Budapest, Hungary. Artist invited to “HAPSIRA ZERO SPACE” 2018, Biennial of Architecture, Albanian Pavilion, Arsenale, Venice, Italy., "THE CONSPIRACY OF TIRANA" Solo Show 2022 - National Gallery of Kosovo, “UFO Unidentified False Object”, “SOLO SHOW” 2025, Gocat Gallery, Tirana. “METALLURGICAL DREAM”, “SOLO SHOW” 2024, Kursaal, Bari, Italy. "POSTBLLOK" - Memorial of the Communist Dictatorship - Public installation work with co-author Fatos Lubonja, "ANTIHOMAZH" Solo Show 2015 - Installation with the death mask of the dictator Enver Hoxha, National History Museum - Tirana, Albania.
Participant and winner of the third prize in 2005 and the second prize in 1996 in the International Visual Arts Competition “Onufri, etc.
Ardian Isufi in his public action has created a constant relationship with the public, as an artist or curator, constantly trying to confront it with acute social and political issues, but always investigated from a contemporary perspective and approach between the local and the global.
