Emily Ianacone

Emily serves as Deputy Director of the Innovation Team in the Baltimore Mayor's Office of Performance & Innovation (OPI), while leading design for the office. She is a multidisciplinary designer on a mission to build a Baltimore with resident-centered services, a modern and standardized visual design language, and user-friendly forms, websites, and interfaces. She joined the team after design fellowships with the White House Presidential Innovation Fellows and Foster America. Prior to public service, Emily spent a decade crafting brands, experiences, and ad campaigns for nonprofits, higher ed, and small businesses.
