Jonathan Leach will lead a fun, fast-paced interactive session looking at the psychology behind the fear of public speaking, and importantly he will detail proven techniques as to overcome it and illustrate how to excel and enjoy speaking to any audience, small or large.

We all have our own treasure of our unique personalities, our unique experiences and our unique voices, Jonathan will explore how we can use all three more effectively in order to get your messages across.

Jonathan is an established communication coach and has been in the field of communication for more than 30 years. He is passionate about helping people become better communicators, be it through helping them with effective marketing strategies, crafting creative messages, connecting them through his networking events or developing individuals to become more confident and impactive speakers.

Jonathan is Director of Indigo Drum Communications and previously has been Head of Communications for Derbyshire Police and Royal Mail. He has trained hundreds of people in communication techniques including preparing chief police officers in dealing with the national and international media, supporting chief executives in delivering keynote speeches and developing business owners in networking and personal communication styles.

He also loves the creativity of the theatre and has run his own theatre company and was commissioned, along with a great team of young people, to deliver supportive messages through drama to over twenty secondary schools. He is currently collaborating on a project to help vulnerable young people find their voice.
