Lauren Currie OBE, is the Founder of UPFRONT, an organisation on a mission to change confidence, visibility, and power for 1 million women and non-binary people. Thousands of women and non-binary people from over 50 countries have graduated from an UPFRONT Bond. Lauren is a keynote speaker, describing her public speaking approach as āeveryone in the room will turn their own lights onā.
She is chairperson of leading maternity discrimination Pregnant Then Screwed and has been recognised as a woman changing the world by Elle Magazine and one of the top businesswomen under 35 by Management Today. In 2017, she was awarded an OBE for her services to design and diversity.
