Dreams are not just stories, but creative spaces. Discover how lucid dreaming can spark ideas, answer questions, and open a direct path to your most imaginative self.

Dreams are a doorway into the creative mind. Salvador Dalí famously painted his dreamlike visions from the in-between state; “Yesterday” reportedly came to Paul McCartney fully formed in a dream. Taking it a step further, lucid dreaming gives the chance to ask questions, generate ideas, rehearse daytime events and even support trauma integration, directly in the dream. This talk draws inspiration from famous examples as well as personal ones, and lights the way to the creative Dreamer within.
