When I think of procrastination, I imagine time as a loop and if you push something far enough along that loop, it will come up behind you and start pushing you. And itās so much easier to have the flow of the universe at your back.

When it comes to external validation.. I think itās really important. But I would say: choose who you listen to. Listen to great mentors and teachers.... and be alert to the small voice inside you. If you listen to 1000 impulses of people whoās opinions are thrown at you quickly and without intent, itās easy to be buffeted by the winds of opinionā¦. If you go that way, youāll never move.
It is amazing how much you can accomplish if you just ignore thingsā¦. Realizing what can be ignored⦠remove the demands on your brain that donāt really make you do anything other than flurry.

Even if it comes at the last minute.
