Our chapter is roaring back to life, fueled by fresh energy, bold ideas, and an incredible team at the helm. I’m your host, Dawn Smith, and I’m joined by Tina Li and Jen Fontanilla, two powerhouse women whose hearts beat for community, creativity, and connection.

And where better to reignite this flame than here in Los Angeles: the city that is a vibrant, multicultural powerhouse. We are a city of dreamers and doers, home to more than 150,000 working artists and over 5,000 arts, culture, and humanities nonprofits. With over 200 languages spoken, we are one of the most linguistically and culturally diverse cities in the world. From Hollywood sound stages to Boyle Heights murals to Venice design studios, L.A. thrums with creative energy in every neighborhood.

This is where ideas collide, where art meets activism, where cultures intertwine, and where CreativeMornings belongs. We’re here to cultivate inspiration, spark conversations that matter, and connect visionary thinkers from every walk of life.

Meet Our Host: Dawn Smith

Founder. Coach. Creative Rebel Misfit. Dawn is an executive impact coach, career transition coach, and a relationship coach for couples in crisis. With well over a decade of expertise in mental health, and the neuroscience of habits and decision-making, she has helped hundreds of professionals navigate major career pivots, with a focus on clients with ADHD and other neurodiversities, and over 1000 couples nationwide to transform their relationships. Dawn is featured in Brainz Magazine and on the Gottmann.com blog, and has spoken on navigating intense transition points at conferences, panels, and events across the country with clients including VISTAGE, Creative Mornings, ORACLE, the Georgia Hospital Association, NACE, WIPA,  the Society for Simulation in Health Care, UCLA, UNICEF, the Global Love Institute, and on the 2024 TEDx stage.  She is also a multimedia artist, and the founder of the Los Angeles hip-hop youth center, J.U.i.C.E. She wakes up every day grateful to do what she loves.

Tina Li – An event producer and program manager with over 20 years of experience creating small to large-scale events, brand activations, and cultural celebrations. Tina has worked for Disney, ABC Television, Honeywell Technologies, and she brings structure, creativity, and deep industry connections to every event.

Jen Fontanilla Jen Fontanilla is a Creative Business Strategist, Certified Money Coach®, International and TEDx speaker, and bestselling author of The Creative Code: A Creative Professional's Way to Happiness, Wealth and Joy. With 25+ years in graphic design for brands like Disney, Sony Pictures, and Universal Studios and 20+ years in financial services, Jen helps graphic designers and creative entrepreneurs clarify their niche, structure premium offers, and confidently charge what they deserve.
