If you believe you cannot, then you will not. But if you believe the only way up is up, then you will rise.
Every choice that we make is an investment in the outcomes we want to see in the world and in ourselves.
Stop following your dreams. ... What I want you guys to do is develop your dreams. Build your dreams. Don't follow them. Work on them.
Consciously make a mistake and see what happens.
Understanding purpose can make hard things easier and can make impossible things doable.
"Every day we have to find things that bring us joy, we have to look up, its right there. we have to take these moments."
Build your own momentum. Take something negative in the world, turn in into a positive
What is your story? What is the struggle you got through? And it has to be internal or external or both. Nobody wants to watch the movie where guy gets girl; they buy a beautiful car; they go to a beautiful house with a perfect fence, perfect child and perfect dog –boring. What they want to hear is that it’s hard, that you struggled and you got out to the other side, that you had these limited beliefs but you figured out how to get out of them.

People are like lasagna. We're all just dry noodles going through life until the water heats up and we get tossed into a boiling pot. Suddenly, we're being layered with a bunch of other ingredients. At this point, things can get messy. Some of us are super saucy. Some of us are super cheesy. Some of us have dark burn spots on the top because we've been left in the oven too long. The point is that while every recipe varies, we're all still lasagna; we're all some sort of noodle, tomato sauce, and cheese combination.
A big part for me also is contribution and reciprocity and understanding what that means. Having the ability to fill your cup while you fill my cup so that we can both continue to do that.
