About the speaker

Alysia Radicia is an experienced interior designer and project manager at RDG Planning & Design. Since joining the firm in 2011, Alysia has dedicated her career to designing academic and workplace environments that reflect the unique culture of each client, and in which individuals can learn, thrive and grow. Alysia believes in the power of design to build community and create meaning – a passion that translates into well-designed interiors that enhance the lives of occupants.
Alysia is actively involved in the International Interior Design Association and, as a strong advocate for the arts, has been actively involved with the Opera Omaha Community Arts Panel and the Joslyn Art Museum’s Young Art Patrons. She has also dedicated time to educating the community about heart health and wellness as a member of the American Heart Association.

Daniel Lawse is an entrepreneur, co-founder and Chief Century Thinker at Verdis Group, a sustainability consulting firm that is accelerating climate action across the country.

As a student of nature and human nature, Daniel weaves climate action, sustainability, leadership development, mindfulness, and living systems together to transform business as usual into a regenerative force for change by changing minds and hearts.

Daniel co-created the Regenerative Leadership Community with Kathy Allen. He also serves on Omaha’s Metro Transit Board and the City of Omaha Vision Zero Technical Advisory Committee.
