Meet Cláudia Nunes Schleeh, the host of CreativeMornings Göteborg!🎉Originally from Portugal, Cláudia joined Creative Mornings as a copywriter and quickly rose to become the host. Besides being a passionate traveler, she loves connecting with people from all walks of life, reading, running and dancing Zumba.💃

Cláudia has traveled extensively and lived in Germany, Morocco, and India. After a period of nomadic life between different continents, Cláudia settled in her soulmate’s country, Sweden, where she embraced the culture and made it her home.

We’re back from summer break and excited to kick off our next meeting with a fresh theme and an exciting speaker! 😎Our August meeting, themed #CMRitual, 🧘‍♂️ will feature Gunnar Fägersten Novik, a senior copywriter and communications expert. Join us on Friday, August 30, as Gunnar takes the stage. With extensive experience in acting, foreign military service, news production and casting, copywriting, and business development, along with hobbies like photography and champagne, Gunnar is a trusted source of knowledge.In addition to his expertise with words, Gunnar is a marketing insights researcher and business developer who supports his clients’ outreach needs. He believes that everyone has rituals in their work, and smart professionals use them to their advantage. Our theme for August is RITUAL. It was chosen by our Charlottesville chapter in North Carolina and illustrated by Matt SmithsonMATT SMITHSON is a director, animator, and painter. He holds an MFA from Savannah College of Art & Design in Motion Media and a BA from The College Of Charleston where he focused on painting and printmaking. From humorous, craftily cut animations to uplifting films, Matt directs animated films for clients all over the world,
including Young Arts, Patagonia, Lincoln and IBM, and do-gooders such as The Girl Effect, Ford Foundation, and the Parker Foundation.
He was recognized with a Young Gun award from the Art Director’s Club, and his work was displayed at the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum in New York as part of the ”Why Design Now?” Triennial Exhibition.

Huge thanks to Darryl De Necker for speaking on May´s event! We loved hearing about your vibrant journey and how you find inspiration in colours and daily life observations 🤩.

It’s time to announce #CreativeMorning‘s May theme! This month, we’ll talk about VIBRANT, illustrated by Isabel Ann Castro.

Spring has just arrived in the city, and it’s the perfect time to speak about energy and life. 

 From the blossoming flowers to the late sunsets, the air has undeniable energy. We’re all ready to soak in the beauty of this season, bursting with colors and new beginnings, whether it’s a stroll in the park or just watching nature’s awakening. 

 So let’s embrace the vibrancy of spring together!

It was so good to meet you again Gothenburg fellows! 

And huge thanks to Lily Ray for sharing your story about how you landed a new life in Sweden. It was a very inspiring and cheerful speech. We’re glad that you're  now a part of our community. 

 We’re immensely grateful to our dedicated guests who set off to join us early in the morning and to Kurt Lightner for providing us a peaceful escape from the daily grind with the Sit&Draw session. And International House Gothenburg. Thank you again for hosting us with delicious croissants and coffee.

At our second event of 2024, we invited Luke Farrelly-Spain to speak on the theme Perspective 🌏 From his captivating talk, we learned that his diverse experiences had broadened his perspectives and fuelled his passion to encourage a more interconnected and empathetic world, uniting diverse cultures through mutual comprehension and problem-solving.
